I am the first to say it...I have a weird background.  I am as curious as they come, and forever a student.  These traits have pushed me to throw myself into MANY different initiatives, in all sorts of departments. While I have experienced some failures, I have mostly had success in all of them.  Learning from failures and correcting courses quickly is my superpower.  I think of myself as a utility player.  So if you don't see what you are looking for...message me!  I might be able to help.

For the vast majority of my career, I have been a front-line seller or customer success manager, I have logged thousands of hours talking to prospects and customers, crushing quotas, creating advocates, and troubleshooting complicated issues. I can think of your business from all of these angles.

Having built Sales Enablement programs, onboarding certification, and go-to-market training for teams ranging from 5 to 200+.  I have extensive experience with several sales methodologies including Consultative Selling, Critical Selling Skills, MEDDIC, and the Sandler Method.  I can quickly build you a framework, templates, or fully branded custom resources.  This includes:

I have worked closely with engineering and product teams for YEARS, I even managed an offshore dev team for over a year while relaunching 2 entire businesses. I have been on the front line from concept, to build, to launch, GTM strategy, sales launch, and retain/improvement.  I can plug into your process in several ways:

Operations

I understand this deeply as an executive, a seller, a marketer, and an analytical (often cynical) thinker. I have lived through many roadblocks and mistakes, and hindsight is always 20/20.  I have also been a part of building an operation around a LEAN, SMART, and EFFICIENT product.
